Our Mission

Grunow's Kitchen LLC was founded in 2013 with a simple but powerful goal: create a restaurant where people with Celiac disease and food allergies could dine without fear.


We recognized that many families struggled to find safe restaurants. Even establishments offering gluten-free options often prepared food in shared kitchens. That risk was unacceptable for many in our community.



So we built something different — a fully dedicated gluten-free and nut-free restaurant in Yorktown, Virginia.
